Stopped by from Mom to the Screaming Masses. One of the BlogHer sponsors is PUR, they will be giving everyone a BPA-free water bottle and there will be water stations in all the session rooms. So you won't have to pay anything for water during the conference!

I checked out that backpack - that's a really good one for the airport! You'll also get some kind of tote bag at check-in, it's the official BlogHer swag bag. It's usually pretty roomy for carrying your stuff around if the backpack gets uncomfortable or anything.

Since I know Carmen, hopefully I'll meet you sometime during the conference. If not, have a great time!

Unless you're checking your bags, I don't think you can bring the water through security. Not 100% on this if it's not international travel. I bought a water in Dublin after going through security only to have to throw it out to go through security in Shannon! Fifty-minutes of flight people, and they herded us from one plane to the other. Still couldn't bring the water on

Cords and chargers are going to take up way too much room in my suitcase...cords and chargers for my laptop, iPad, iPhone, camera, flash video...I just might have to leave one pair of sandals at home.
