Cathing up and have tears in my eyes. E's grown up so quickly! My little guy turned one the day after this post and I just know the next 16 years are going to fly by as quickly as the first one did. You've been and will continue to be an incredible Mom!

This tears at my heart!! My own son will be starting his senior year in September too...it's so bittersweet. It's great to see him growing into this wonderful young man, but knowing he is leaving me is heartbreaking!!

Aw! I totally know how you feel. My boy is only going to be a freshman this year, but still. It's a little traumatic for me. I find myself reviewing the past 14 years and wondering whether I did okay. There was stuff I meant to do with him -- museums I wanted to take him to, stuff like that -- but never did and now he isn't interested in that stuff anymore so it's too late. Wah!
