- large glass low-acid, no-pulp orange juice
- black tea (w/ honey & milk)
- english muffin (w/ butter)
- iced grande no-whip mocha
- small brownie
- bowl of Ben & Jerry's One Cheesecake Brownie ice cream
Then I had a protein bar and ran 2 miles.
And I wonder why I can't lose weight.

I gave up yesterday and am now paying the $5 a week for the South Beach Diet plan. I'm on Phase 1. It sucks already. NO CARBS. I am hoping it motivates me though. Doubtful. The best part of it though is that you pick your meals and then it makes a shopping list.
I would pay $5 a week just for a computer to make my shopping list every week!!
At least you're still running! Keep it up! - I've been switching between DVDs, bicycling and pretending to run.
