MONDAY
Got up at 5:30 and ran/walked for 30 minutes.
WEDNESDAY
Got up at 5:30 and ran/walked for 30 minutes.
FRIDAY
Realized at 5:30 that if I postponed my third workout until tomorrow, I could do it at a more reasonable time of morning. Rolled over and went back to sleep for an hour.

Nothing wrong with sleep, its a great way to take care of yourself as long as its in proportion.

UPDATE ON ACCOUNTABILITY:
I did do my 3rd workout this morning (Sat) at 8 a.m. I'm pretty sure I'm going to stick with the Mon-Wed-Sat schedule for now.
