It's one of those right brain vs. left brain tests. If you're a right brain creative-type (like me), the dancer appears to be spinning clockwise. If you're a left brain analytic-type (like Big Daddy), she appears to be spinning counterclockwise. Seriously ya'll, I tried and tried to see it counterclockwise, but just couldn't. Now my head kind of hurts.
My Kid could see it both ways.
What do you see?

First I saw it counter-clockwise, but I concentrated hard enough (I guess that's what I was doing! LOL) and it changed direction all of the sudden. I was able to make it go back and forth after that.
That is really strange though, huh?
BTW, like your new pic!
I could see it both ways, but I think if I looked too long I'd end up sick.
clockwise
Okay, that was weird. It took some work but I could see it both ways; I definitely defaulted to clockwise.
Supermom - see, now you're an engineer. I would think you'd be a left-brainer.
Leslie - Big Daddy took that of me on the balcony of our hotel while we were in Florida this summer.
Okay, I saw clockwise first, then after concentrating for a while, she switched directions. But after that, she switched directions after every 3 turns or so, and I just got confused. The fact that it's nearly 1am might have something to do with that though:)
OMG! That was weird. I'll have to try it on DH and the kids. I saw her clockwise at first, then I looked away and started reading some of the text on the page, then when I looked again she was counter-clockwise. Then I read more text and she was clockwise again, and I couldn't get her to go back the other way. Weird!
Clockwise. Without a doubt. But will try again later after more coffee.
Initially, I saw her turning counterclockwise. Then I looked away, refocused, and saw her going clockwise. Then I looked away and refocused again, and started just watching. After a bit, she changed directions and changed which leg was extended. And later changed back. I can't see her leg move, but when the direction changes, so does the leg.
I saw it clockwise which, for me, is strange because at the 9to5, it should be counterclockwise.
Yes, the strangest thing: The second I begin to watch, she is spinning counterclockwise. Then I read a line of type and quickly look back at her and she has changed her mind and goes the other way. I think it is a left brain, right brain thing. Lots of fun though.
