Like this fabulous INC dress which I am completely crazy for: (And dudes! It comes in petite!)
Not the least reason because it's going to look SO CUTE with tights and these shoes, which are my MUST HAVE for the season:

Those shoes are STUNNING!! But here is my question - as I am not privy to all that is SW shoes - comfortable or nails driving through the heel?
I've actually found his shoes to be very comfortable. I had a pair of croc slingbacks that I wore slap out b/c they were so comfortable.
